Drake took to Instagram today to tease the release of a new album, which set to be named Scorpion.
The project is set to be released by June 2018. Sooner than expected the album news was further validated by a tweet from the official OVO Sound account as seen below.

In other news, with his latest drop “Nice For What” currently is set to debut at No. 1 for this week on the Billboard Hot 100. Drake will become the first artist to replace himself at No. 1 (“God’s Plan”) on the chart with two songs that both debuted in the No. 1 position.
“Nice For What” is currently one of three Drake songs that are on the top five. Previously joining the number one slot “God’s Plan” and BlocBoy JB’s “Look Alive,” which is holding at the No. 5 for a second straight week.
