Buddy is Compton’s latest artist that is on the rise. The young emcee has been signed to Pharrell’s I Am Other record label for some years now, and just released his latest project ‘Magnolia’. The 5 track EP contains a features from Wiz Khalifia and Compton counterpart Boogie.
This EP is said to be a preview of who Buddy is. With chill beats and solid lyrics the project is a great listen. Although he is young, the project steers away from talks of getting rich and focuses on life experiences.
