It’s been already a bit over a year since Jhené Aiko had released her debut album Souled Out and it’s still an album that resonates with many people. Today, Jhené released new visuals for the track “Lying King” from the album. We see in the video that Jhené is this mysterious healer from the future and she goes back to a point in time where men of a tribe did not let women have any freedom. She then shows him the future and the consequences that come from the actions that he began. It’s pretty powerful. Check it out for yourself below.
