Coming out of Carson, California is Hawaiian MC, Lotto Rocket. The former University of Hawaii defensive back traded in his cleats to rap over trap beats (that’s a bar). Lotto is a member of the Los Angeles hip-hop collective, Mackk & Company. In 2020, he released his 14-track project, Hawaiian Hotboy that includes in-house features from Rucci, White John, Bossman, and Ride4Blackk.
