Stinc Team imprint is welcoming new Seattle signee Damon Elbert with his debut release for the West Coast-based indie label, “World Watching.”
Following his contribution to the Billboard chart-gracing We Know The Truth mixtape, Damon Elbert acknowledges the mission at hand and finds comfort under pressure in the visual for “World Watching” as all eyes are on him now.
“Every time we step outside/Treat it like it’s my last time/The whole world watching/My brothers say I’m getting distant/I’m just sticking to the vision/I gotta get it,” Damon raps in the opening chorus.
“World Watching” follows the video for “Choice” along with a string of singles Damon has shared this year so far — including his playmaking “What’s The Plot” collaboration with Drakeo The Ruler.
The 18-year-old says he met his personal idol, Drakeo The Ruler, in a chance encounter out in trafic last year.
Damon Elbert notably contributed to Drakeo’s The Truth Hurts track “No Apologies” in 2020.
