Watts, California’s Mister Releases His Debut Single “Sorrow”

July 14th, 2002 an artist was born. 18 years later, Watts newest artist Mister celebrated his birthday by releasing “Sorrow” his debut single.

“Sorrow” is produced by OUHBOY. Mister displays a melodic type of sound that goes perfectly with his storytelling and delivery.  A vibe that has been made popular over the past couple of years. At such a young age, the Watts, California native definitely has a knack for hip-hop.

The music video was directed by That GoodWork. Flexing in front of a Rolls Royce, wearing designer clothes, and counting hundred dollar bills in your first video, says something. This is a recipe for a music video to blow up and do numbers on YouTube nowadays.

Mister is Mackk & Company’s newest artist, a management team that represents Rucci, White John, Lotto Rocket and Lil Duece among other artists. Ironically enough, “Sorrow” was the first track Mister ever recorded. The Watts MC just started rapping in March of this year, when quarantine started. Since then he has recorded 40-plus tracks. Another single is on the way too, as well as a 6-track EP that is TBA. Mister has a strong foundation, and an apparent work ethic to go along with strong management, there’s no telling where his career can go. “Sorrow” is out now on SoundCloud, and the music video is out on YouTube.
