New York City Natives, GlobalThugz Enlist Uncle Murda For Their Lethal New Record

The music industry is crazy, because you really can live nine different lives, like a cat. While one door may shut on you, there really always is another opportunity around the corner, and nobody knows this better than GlobalThugz frontman, KELO. Starting off working at Elektra Records, KELO has since blossomed into an owner of his own label, as well as a pretty talented artist in his own right. Looking to solidify his next life, he recruits New York City veteran, Uncle Murda for their engaging new single, “Kick Door.”

Set to the tone of some very high-octane production provided by, LILZHP, the most charming quality of, “Kick Door,” can be found in the fact that it’s an almost-4-minute-long record full of straight bars. This song feels like eating the steak and skipping the vegetables, meaning you need to be fulfilled and not played with. With KELO and Murda trading substantial–as well as some pretty funny–bars over the adventurous production, it’s easy to see that the GlobalThugz collective will be around for a little while.
