Los Angeles native producer, Mike Hector has been on a wave as of late. After having crafted some of the best beats for the hottest acts in LA, the rising producer has started to spread his wings a bit more. Enter in Boston native, King Kade, who links with Hector for their infectious new collaboration, “One Night”.
Set to the tone of some ambient, somber and overall intriguingly interesting production, Kade utilizes this to his advantage, showcasing his vocal range, in which is drowned out by auto-tune. The most endearing quality about the record, though, is the songwriting. Penning a relatable record that many will be able to find solace in, it may be sooner than later that Kade breaks through.
