The premiere for Black Panther actually took place this week, and Kendrick Lamar was in attendance, among others. First responses for the new movie are overwhelmingly positive, with some even saying it might be one of the top five movies Marvel has ever made. And when it came to the music from the film, there were no negative talk about it at all. But for the rest of us who haven’t seen the movie yet, the singles keep on coming, and it gives us a glimpse of what to look forward to. It’s also looking like it’ll be full of bangers, so you know I have to cop that as soon as it’s made available. The newest single, “Pray For Me” by The Weeknd & Kendrick has a Starboy feel to it when it comes to the beat, and The Weeknd glides over that beat easily, as well as some heat from Kung Fu Kenny.
