Huntington Beach’s Yung Pinch masterpiece mixtape ‘714Ever‘ is now available on Spotify and Apple Music. It was released on Soundcloud two months ago and since then it has been the soundtrack to my life, even though I can’t really relate to a 19 year old beach boy who is on his way to becoming a hip-hop star. This whole tape is so damn fire and has incredible replay value. It’s easily in my personal top 5 favorite projects released this year.
The project is a great listen all the way through, but if I had to highlight some songs I love they would be, “Sex With Friends”, “No Good”, “When I Was Yung”, “714Ever”, “All Ready”, and “Party’s Over”. All the songs are written immaculately, the beat selection is outstanding, his flows and hooks are on another level compared to anyone doing this new wave R&B on the west coast. ‘714Ever’ tells tales of love, partying, failed relationships, real life family issues, and makes for a fantastic body of work anyone can enjoy.
