Ramriddlz ‘Venis’ EP (Stream)

Ramriddlz recently released his brand new nine-track project titled ‘Venis‘. The Canadian has been on fire ever since Drake remixed his song “Sweeterman” last July. Since then, Ramriddlz has created a strong core fan-base for himself. In the time it takes for a fetus to fully develop into an infant in a mother’s womb, the shrewd and lewd artist has now dropped two projects with a few amazing loosies sprinkled in between. His singles “Dem Callin”, “Run Top? Freestyle”, and “Call Me” have aggregated approximately 2 million plays on Soundcloud combined. Ramriddlz has gone on the road and performed at S.O.B.’s in New York, as well as many venues in LA, Toronto and even did a number of shows at the SXSW music festival this year.

‘Venis’ has a more cohesive feel compared to his previous project ‘P2P EP’ and features sweltering dancehall-style production from Jaegen, RJF, CVRE, Sevn Thomas, 1Mind, and Cameron Pasquale. The nine-track mixtape is exactly what the doctor ordered for Ramriddlz’ fans. This is a solid project, more than half the songs are undeniable bangers. Songs such as, “Bodmon”, “Hey Mr. Ramrod”, “Come C Mi”, “Play”, and “Tek Off” are obvious standouts of ‘Venis’. Ramriddlz can very well be the next great artist from Canada and go on to have tremendous success. If men are from Mars and women are from Venis, then Mr. Ramrod will probably title his next fire mixtape something clever, like Uranus.
