TDE’s underdog, Nickerson Gardens’ own Jay Rock, hit the streets with “Gumbo“, a soulful jam with a whole lot of flavor. A little different from the “Money Trees Duece” single he released recently, it still lets us know that Rock is here for good. While the song mixes around his different moods, it’s a great blend showcasing Rock’s always dope skills. While his sophomore album the follow up to Follow Me Home is well overdue, it just keeps us anxious for more.
