Wu-Tang Clan member Method Man alongside his partner in crime, Redman, are back with “Straight Gutta”, accompanied by Streetlife and Hanz On. Usually when older cats try and make a comeback, it sounds pretty corny as they are trying to hop onto what’s new, however, the Meth & Red keep it too their Gutta New York roots and let all of the new heads know what time it is without trying too hard. Over a fire ass breakbeat and a heavy bassline, they revive the sound of classic, boom-bap hip-hop.
