West Coast underground hip-hop veterans The Pharcyde alongside with Blu & Exile & Ice Cube’s former flame Yoyo are headlining the city of Long Beach’s first annual Beach Streets Village Fest at Houghton Park. The event is free and encourages the attendees to go car-free for the day to explore Atlantic Avenue.
